We accept new clients only by referral from existing clients.

Our services are offered by retainer. Fees differ based on scope and size of household, and start from $15,000 per month. The minimum contract term is 18 months.

In order to ensure that we are able to dedicate ourselves fully to our clients, we limit ourselves to no more than 20 clients in total.

We only accept clients based in the United States. However, we have a broad international network of partners and affiliates, and we pride ourselves in being able to deliver solutions in all major international cities and regions – including the EU, Switzerland, the Gulf, the Caribbean, North America and Asia-Pacific.

We operate under a strict confidentiality policy. Our services include certain legal services, and we retain in-house attorneys on staff. As such, all of our communications and dealings with clients are protected by attorney-client privilege – something that very few lifestyle concierge services can offer.
